As promised here is some information about our new invoicing system.

I want to start off by saying that from your end of things not much has changed. You can still use the same payment methods (Bank transfer or cash) and my bank details remain the same.

So whats new?

The new system allows me to create invoices that are more bespoke to your needs, I now have the ability to add specific products and services and can tailor the amounts in relation to my latest offers for example the new Referral Programme!

As well as saving me time and giving me my evenings back (hello netflix!) it means that you can now have an electronic record of everything that you are paying for AND we are saving paper along the way.

You will receive an email at the end of every week with an invoice for that weeks services. Take a look at what the new layout will look like:

At the bottom of the page you will also find your payment terms and my bank account details.

Invoices will be emailed every Friday so check your junk folders just in case it is filtered through.

All client details are encrypted and password protected in accordance with data protection regulations.
